I’m an outdoors woman by heart, as well as a bit of an adrenaline junkie. I’ve done everything from skydiving, to outdoor rock climbing. Jet skiing, snowboarding, and 4wheeling. I plan to have even more adventures this coming year when my husband, my cat stripes, and I travel across the country in our RV. Our goal is to see as many national parks as possible, and try even more outdoor hobbies (canyoneering, spelunking maybe?).


I’m also an avid pastry cook. I completed culinary school in pastry and baking arts and worked with celebrity chef Nancy Silverton, who was featured on Chef’s Table and won multiple James Beard Foundation awards. I hope one day to open my own business, possibly a b&b or cafe and bakery.
