Another couture show season has come to a wrap. Let’s take a look at our girls who killed shows like Dior, Chanel, Armani, Ellie Saab, and Jean Paul Gaultier.
Our West Coast kid Griffin Reed and UK lad Joel Mignott take Milan in Vivienne Westwood’s FW 2016 show today. Bellissimo!
“A fishtail fine-knit top was open at the back for a flash of spine. A printed rich green chaotically ruched dress, low enough for an “oops, pardon me” of nipple, was worn beneath a violet cardie embroidered with what looked like rutting stags. All this above some fine 4-inch platform creepers. The overall effect was slatternly, in a good way. Plus there was Fabio, a one-shouldered black silk gown—with a train—over check trousers, and a big-shouldered silver scene-stealer teamed with a miniskirt and one of those fetching phallic accessories.” –Luke Leitch

And yet ANOTHER hat tip to our killer runway booker, Emily DeTomaso, for landing our babies (Dakota Bottcher, Grace Cotton, and Nina Milner) in the latest Louis Vuitton Resort 2015 event set in the desert oasis of Palm Springs, CA with Bob Hope’s former home as a backdrop. Here’s a look at the event including a shot from the runway with Ally Ertel.
Ruffian designers, Brian Wolk and Claude Morais, took to the runway this spring with their new brand eponymous to their own surnames, Wolk Morais. Having recently found inspiration from the art, youth and celebrity culture of the West Coast, they have fittingly based the colorful, minimalist pop art brand right here in Los Angeles. Here’s a peek with our Photogenics Gals : Abigail Shields, Caroline Eastman, Diana Carl, Milan Dixon, Nikki Haroldson, Ciara Turner, Julia Cordova, Giavanna Whited, Krystall Schott, Brea Peck in Wolk Morais Resort 2016.
Just a few snaps from the Emily Daccarett Show during Concept LA this year. Our girls stamped Photogenics all over that runway and our Art Department King / in-house Digitals master, Kevin Ipalari, was there to capture it all.

SOME OF OUR GIRLS IN THE SHOWS…killing the runways of NY Fashion Week SS ’14
It’s pretty clear that we’re super careful about how we contribute during LA Fashion Week. There’s definitely a method to our madness, and we support a handful of brands for very different reasons.
In this case, B:SCOTT and now SARAH SCOTT have been friends of Photogenics from the start, and we’re proud to have been a part of their recent AW ’13 show. I got to hang out backstage to catch our guys and dolls being ridiculous before they stormed the runway and put on a lively, trap-nasty show. Cheers to SCOTTxSCOTT!!! So fly… – M-
If you haven’t had a chance to peep the Saint Laurent Spring 2013 show today in Paris, you are in for a seriously sweet treat. I mean, REALLY???!!! It’s like a rock ‘n roll warlock made love to a 70’s groupie fashion icon to make 50 model babies and appointed Hedi Slimane their blanket godfather.
S0, did he deliver? Hell yeah, he did! And with flying colors, I might add. On top of that, a Photogenics girl in this Saint Laurent exclusive? Get out. Check out Caitlin Holleran in all her runway glory. Congrats, Caitlin!!! So proud of you!
